MALDI-TOF MS在临床微生物检验中的应用进展

摘要:近年来,基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)越来越广泛地应用于临床微生物的检查与鉴定。与生化反应(底物-酶反应系统)和微生物表型的传统鉴定方法不同,MALDI-TOF MS具有独特的技术原理,这赋予了它快速、简便、精确、适用性强等优势,极大地增强了临床微生物实验室的工作能力,提高了工作效率。本文试就MALDI-TOF MS在临床微生物实验室的部分应用现状做一综述,介绍其在临床微生物检验领域的应用、发展及前景。

Abstract In recent years, matrix assisted laser desorption / ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) has been widely used in clinical microbiology laboratories. Different from the traditional identification methods based on biochemical reaction ( substrate-enzyme reaction system) and microbial phenotype, MALDI-TOF MS has a unique technical principle, which gives it the advantages of being fast, simple, accurate and wide applicability, it greatly enhances the working ability of clinical microbiology laboratories and improves the working efficiency. This review focuses on the application status quo of MALDI-TOF MS in clinical microbiology laboratories, introducing its application, development and prospect in the field of clinical microbiology.
