自噬在骨关节炎中的研究进展

摘要:骨关节炎(OA)是常见的退行性关节疾病,其主要病理变化是软骨细胞凋亡和软骨基质的降解。自噬作为真核细胞中一种重要的细胞内稳态机制,在修复软骨和维持细胞正常功能中起着关键作用,其功能失常与OA的发生发展密切相关。激活自噬可以恢复受损软骨细胞的功能,减缓OA的发展。本文就自噬在OA中调控及治疗作用进行综述。

Research progress of autophagy in osteoarthritis①

Abstract Osteoarthritis(OA) is a common degenerative joint disease. Its main pathological changes are apoptosis of chondrocytes and degradation of cartilage matrix. As an important intracellular homeostasis mechanism in eukaryotic cells, autophagy plays a key role in restore the function of damaged chondrocyte, and its dysfunction is closely related to the occurrence and development of OA. The activation of autophagy can restore the function of damaged chondrocytes and alleviate the progression of OA. This article reviews the regulation and therapeutic effects of autophagy in OA.
