5-羟色胺的生物学功能及其在肝脏缺血再灌注损伤中的作用

摘要:肝脏缺血再灌注损伤(HIRI)是肝切除术、肝移植等术后不可避免的病理现象,是制约患者医治效果的重要因素。大量研究表明,影响HIRI的因素非常多且复杂,主要包括氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍、炎症反应、细胞凋亡等方面,但是尚未找到具体的分子机制。因此,HIRI仍是目前医学研究的热点和难点。研究发现5-羟色胺(5-HT)可通过调控细胞周期、细胞凋亡等通路影响细胞的损伤与修复,本文就HIRI及其机制、5-HT的生物学特性以及5-HT在HIRI中的作用及调控机制进行综述,以期为开发新的药物来预防和治疗HIRI提供思路。

Abstract Hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury ( HIRI) is an inevitable pathophysiological process after liver transplantation, hepatectomy etc. which restricts the treatment effects of related patients. Numerous studies have shown that there are many complex factors affecting HIRI, including oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammatory response, apoptosis etc., but the specific molecular mechanism has not been found. Therefore,HIRI is still a hotspot and a difficult area in current medical research. Studies have shown that 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) can affect cell damage and repair by regulating cell cycle and apoptosis. In this paper, we reviewed the mechanism of HIRI, the biological characteristics of 5-HT, the role of 5-HT in HIRI and its regulatory mechanism, in order to provide ideas for the development of new drugs to prevent and treat HIRI.
