In order to gain a deeper understanding of the actual living conditions of poverty-stricken households in designated assistance villages and further convey social warmth and show care, on July 11th, under the orderly organization of our school's Rural Revitalization Office, the head of the editorial department of Acta Medicinae Sinica went to Chengtian Village, Pingping Town, Longsheng Autonomous County to carry out a visit to express condolences and provide assistance.
During the event, the head of the editorial department brought the 'Understanding Paper' of the 'Prevention of Returning to Poverty Monitoring Object Assistance Policy' to the poverty-stricken households, patiently explaining and inquiring about their current production, life, and health situation. They also kindly donated one recent issue of "Acta Medicinae Sinica" to the village clinic, hoping to enhance the understanding of the school's journals and medical frontiers among village doctors or interested villagers. This visit and assistance activity not only provided material aid to poverty-stricken households but also gave them spiritual encouragement and support, allowing them to fully experience the warmth and progress of society, enhanced their confidence in sustainable development, empowered them to create a better life, and contributed to rural revitalization.
